Compensation $20.00 to $26.00 per hour depending on your skills and years of experience.
Responsibilities
Create & Innovate – Develop detailed maps, blueprints, and as-built documentation using AutoCAD and AutoCAD Civil 3D to support pipeline design.
Support Engineering Excellence – Assist with permitting, material quantity analysis, and red‑line changes to ensure smooth project execution.
Ensure Quality – Edit, review, and manage digital mapping data, maintaining accuracy and adhering to CAD standards.
Collaborate & Communicate – Work alongside project teams and leadership to ensure deliverables meet expectations.
Stay Ahead of the Curve – Take initiative, contribute innovative ideas, and continuously develop your skills to advance your career.
Meet Deadlines & Goals – Manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining billable targets.
Qualifications
Technical Expertise – A strong understanding of engineering design principles, material properties, and construction methods.
Software Skills – Proficiency in AutoCAD, AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft Office, and Adobe (GIS and ESRI ArcMAP experience is a plus).
Attention to Detail – Ability to ensure accuracy in designs, maintain company CAD standards, and manage project data efficiently.
Time Management – Ability to juggle multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
Flexibility & Initiative – Willingness to travel, work overtime when needed, and adapt to evolving project needs.
Your Background
Associate degree or equivalent education and experience.
Experience with natural gas pipeline drafting and piping design is preferred.
Prior internship experience at Magnolia River is a plus.
