Central Computers sells all things tech: custom gaming computers, PC hardware, electronics, and peripherals. The key quality in this role will be flexibility. The responsibilities listed are 90% of what you'll be doing, but no two days are the same. Has excellent organizational and prioritization skills. Works with the team to create campaigns, promotions, sales events, and other marketing tasks. Experienced with some digital marketing (Organic Outreach, Email Marketing, CMS, Content creation, SEO, Social Media Marketing, Copywriting) Has knowledge of store merchandising concepts (Flyers, Brochures, Window Posters, Store Displays, Window Displays) Some knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office. Commercial Property Manager (Santa Clara, CA)
Position Overview
The Property Manager is responsible for assisting in the leasing, maintenance, and management of commercial rental properties. It is primarily an in‑office clerical position, but also entails a good amount of on‑site visits, for the purpose of coordinating property maintenance with service contractors and for tenant relations. Responsibilities
Tenant Relations: communicating with tenants and managing service contractors and vendors in responding to tenant requests. Monitor information on our website. Property Maintenance: inspecting properties, identifying maintenance needs, and negotiating with, and managing service contractors and vendors in accordance with scheduled maintenance or special projects. Financial Management: collecting and/or recording rental payments, making bank deposits, maintaining rent roll and other financial records, generating financial reports and budget analysis. Marketing: maintaining marketing listings of vacant properties, showing vacant properties to prospective tenants. The above are the core responsibilities and may scale up with more experienced candidates or as experience is gained over time. Qualifications
4‑year college degree in Accounting/Business preferred, but not required. 2+ years of property management experience strongly preferred, but analogous office management and accounting experience will be considered. Strong communication and people skills. Proactive, disciplined, and organized work habits. Good judgment and common sense. Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office and QuickBooks). CA DRE Broker or Salesperson License is a plus. “Handyman”/Construction/DIY skills is a plus. Salary/Wages/Benefits
