Key Responsibilities: Perform MIG welding on steel fencing components Read and interpret basic blueprints or work orders Measure, cut, and assemble materials as needed Inspect finished welds to ensure quality and durability Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines Assist with general shop duties as needed Qualifications: Previous MIG welding experience required Experience working with steel materials preferred Ability to read a tape measure and basic drawings Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
