Current ARRT (R) certification Current IEMA Radiography certification BLS certification Minimum of 2 years of experience in radiography, mammography, CT scanning, and operative C-arm procedures Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate EMR programs
Roles & Responsibilities:
Perform radiographic imaging procedures on patients as requested by a Physician or licensed Provider. Explain procedures to patients and ensure their comfort during exams. Verify patient identity using two identifiers and ensure accurate and complete documentation of tests. Assess and prioritize work tasks in the assigned area. Maintain imaging equipment and ensure patient safety according to established protocols. Participate in performance improvement activities.
