About
Applies standardized nursing rules and procedures to provide patient care based on patient condition and response. Provides ongoing patient and family teaching including diabetic self-care, wound care management, medication purposes to support continuity of care. Collects and records vital signs. Assists patients with activities of daily living. Provides pre-procedure and post-procedure patient care. Assists, prepares, collects, labels, and transports lab specimens. Assists in the arrangement of clinic appointments and discharge of patients.
