About
Responsibilities
Assist in wireframing, prototyping, and visual design for upcoming retail software features.
Participate in user research and help analyze feedback to inform design decisions.
Support documentation and organization of design system updates.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and research teams.
Attend team standups and design critiques to present your work and gather feedback.
Qualifications
High school diploma (or equivalent).
Currently pursuing or recently completed coursework in design, business, computer science, or a related discipline preferred.
Must be available for part‑time work (~20 hours/week) throughout the summer period.
Bonus Skills
Interest in product design, UX/UI, human-centered design, or related fields.
Basic knowledge of design tools such as Figma or Sketch.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Curiosity and willingness to learn from feedback and critique.
Ability to manage time and meet deadlines in a part‑time capacity.
