Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Consultant located in Austin, TX, with the flexibility to work from home on occasion. The Sales Consultant will focus on identifying and consulting with potential clients, building long‑lasting relationships, driving customer satisfaction, and delivering tailored insurance solutions. This role involves frequent interaction with clients and requires excellent communication and customer service skills.
Qualifications
Proven skills in Sales Consulting and Consulting to identify client needs and deliver tailored solutions
Experience in fostering Customer Satisfaction and providing outstanding Customer Service
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
Previous experience in insurance sales or a related industry is a plus
Self‑motivated with strong organizational skills to manage time effectively
Salary/Compensation: $35,148 - $124,989 per year plus commission
