Job Summary We are looking for a results-driven Sales Development Representative to act as the engine of our growth. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, responsible for identifying high-potential leads and sparking interest in our solutions. Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential customers through outbound prospecting, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling.
Qualify inbound leads and assess their business needs to determine fit for the company’s solutions.
Schedule high-quality discovery calls and demonstrations for Account Executives.
Maintain a clean and organized pipeline within the CRM to ensure efficient lead management.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly quotas for qualified meetings and pipeline generation.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a sales development, business development, or lead generation role.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex value propositions clearly.
A resilient and proactive mindset with a "hunter" mentality toward prospecting.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of daily activities.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented sales environment.
Prior experience in the B2B SaaS or Technology industries.
Familiarity with modern sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or outreach automation platforms.
A track record of hitting and exceeding performance targets in a metrics-driven environment.
