What You’ll Do:
Create compelling and high-quality content including videos, photography, graphics, member stories, employee features, and other multimedia assets that support marketing, community engagement, and organizational initiatives.
Manage the credit union's social media presence through content planning, creation, scheduling, monitoring, and audience engagement while maintaining brand standards and voice.
Support executive communications by drafting, editing, and publishing content on behalf of organizational leaders across internal and external channels.
Capture and share stories that highlight community impact, member success, employee engagement, financial education efforts, and organizational achievements.
Collaborate with internal departments to identify content opportunities that support strategic priorities, community initiatives, and member engagement efforts.
Monitor digital trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve content effectiveness and audience engagement.
Track and analyze digital performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights and recommendations to improve future content and campaign performance.
Support community engagement and organizational initiatives as assigned and perform other duties as required.
Complies with all applicable policies, procedures, laws and regulations including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act.

What You Need To Succeed:
Job Education and Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field.
3 years proven experience in digital content creation, social media management, or digital marketing
Knowledge & Skills Required:
Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to create engaging and shareable content for online platforms.
Proficiency in social media management tools, content management systems, and digital analytics platforms.
Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and a strong understanding of digital trends and best practices.
