Assist with lead management and customer record updates in HubSpot Schedule and coordinate sales meetings, demos, and follow-up activities using Zoom Prepare and organize sales presentations, proposals, and reports using Microsoft Office Required qualifications
1-2 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role in a SaaS or B2B sales environment Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM system Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Advanced knowledge of Zoom for meeting coordination Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
