About
Job Summary As a Quantitative Analytics Senior Associate in Home Lending Servicing Data Analytics, you support the servicing organization by translating data into insights and operational improvements.
Job responsibilities
Collaborate with business partners to gather, clarify, and document reporting and analytics requirements
Develop, test, and maintain operational and analytical reports and dashboards using SQL and reporting tools
Produce business requirements and functional specifications that support delivery and ongoing support
Extract, manipulate, and synthesize data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
Apply statistical modeling and machine learning techniques to uncover insights and optimize servicing processes
Identify and implement opportunities to use automation and large language models to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Five years of experience in quantitative analysis or data analysis
Three years of advanced SQL experience, including complex queries (multi-join queries, common table expressions, window functions)
Five years of experience using business intelligence or reporting tools (for example, Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, SQL Server Reporting Services, or ThoughtSpot)
Working knowledge of Python (or a similar language) for analytics and automation
Demonstrated ability to frame ambiguous questions into structured analyses using hypotheses, inputs, and success metrics
Ability to manage multiple deliverables, prioritize effectively, and maintain strong attention to detail from analysis through production-ready reporting
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex analysis to technical and non-technical audiences
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Knowledge of home lending products and servicing processes
Familiarity with generative artificial intelligence concepts, including basic prompt development and evaluation
Experience influencing stakeholders through negotiation and practical, win-win solutions
