Systems Administrator, Technology Operations Part‑time Technology Operations Bentonville USD 60,000 - 60,000 Job Description What You’ll Do Able to monitor batch flows and elevate if SLA will be missed. Able to restart 70% of the batch job while taking phone calls. Able to monitor mainframe and open systems where we run our batch jobs, ensuring systems are stable. Requirements & Skills Mainframe experience is helpful but not required. Able to multi‑task by using many different communication channels. Knowledge of JCL (job control language). Ability to type and take phone calls. Soft skills - positive attitude and willingness to learn.
