Your new role
As a Senior Design Engineer, you will take a lead role in R&D and new product development, working from concept through to production. You will be responsible for driving innovation, improving existing designs, and delivering high-quality engineering solutions aligned with customer and market requirements.
Key responsibilities will include:
Leading R&D activities focused on new product development and innovation Designing and developing mechanical systems and components using 3D CAD (e.g. SolidWorks) Conducting feasibility studies, prototyping, and product testing Enhancing existing machinery designs for performance, reliability, and manufacturability Performing engineering analysis and validation of designs Collaborating with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, electrical, and procurement Supporting projects from concept through to production and market release Producing and maintai...
