We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Lead Mechanic to oversee maintenance operations and ensure the optimal functioning of equipment across our facilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, leadership qualities, and a proactive approach to troubleshooting and repairs. This role is vital in maintaining safety standards, minimizing downtime, and supporting operational efficiency. Duties Lead and supervise the maintenance team in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining machinery and equipment. Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to identify potential issues before they escalate. Utilize tools such as ohmmeters to test electrical components and circuits accurately. Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure all equipment operates efficiently. Train and mentor junior technicians on proper repair techniques and safety protocols. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory. Collaborate with production managers to coordinate maintenance activities with operational schedules to minimize disruptions. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all maintenance procedures. Qualifications
