About
Requirements & Abilities MIG welding experience Ability to read blueprints, shop drawings, and weld symbols Experience with fabrication tools (saws, grinders, drill press, etc.) Ability to measure accurately using tape, square, and level Knowledge of basic welding standards (AWS experience a plus) Ability to fit, tack, and assemble steel components Strong attention to detail and weld quality Ability to adhere to instructions and safety standards Great Attendance Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50-75 lbs and stand for extended periods Comfortable working in a shop environment (noise, heat, fumes) Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines Must pass a drug test upon hire Preferred: Structural steel fabrication experience Welding certifications Forklift experience Company Description We have been in business since 1992, family owned and operated.
