Orthopedic Shoulder Surgery opening in Binghamton, NY - Visa EligibleLocated in Binghamton, NY - Syracuse 75 milesFull-time; PermanentH1/J1 Visa Assistance Overview: Seeking Board Certified or Board Eligible Orthopedic Shoulder & Elbow Surgeon Join a well-established, multi-specialty orthopedic team High-volume surgical practice with strong regional referral base Academic opportunities with teaching and mentorship involvement Excellent APP support and dedicated ancillary services Focus on shoulder and elbow procedures including: Arthroscopic surgeries, Open procedures, Complex reconstructions and Joint replacements Mix of inpatient and outpatient surgical care Work within a collaborative orthopedic group including subspecialists Dedicated physical therapy support across multiple locations Access to specialized surgical pathways and dedicated inpatient units Participate in teaching residents and medical students
Compensation & Benefits: Base salary range: $685,000 - $965,000 plus productivity incentives Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance Student loan assistance available Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage Retirement plan CME allowance and paid time off Malpractice provided Strong academic affiliation with teaching opportunities Robust clinical and administrative support
