Scrum Master

This role involves acting as both a Scrum Master and Project Manager in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment. The individual will provide strong leadership, structure, and decisiveness while facilitating Agile practices and managing delivery commitments in the banking/payments domain.

Location: Phoenix, AZ Duration: 6 months + possible extension Rate Range: $35- $46/hour on W2/ C2C (All inclusive)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10 years experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager in payments domain.
• Strong knowledge of payment systems, cryptocurrencies, and banking APIs.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience with ERP and workflow systems related to project execution.
• Understanding of embedded systems, firmware, hardware, and web/software teams.
• Experience in coordinating internal and external dependencies, including suppliers and integration partners.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and manage project delivery.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and manage the product backlog.
• Ensure compliance with payments industry regulations.
• Plan, develop, and manage complex project requirements across multiple teams.
• Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, ensuring effective adoption of Scrum and Agile best practices.
• Act as the primary interface between engineering teams, product management, quality, operations, and executive stakeholders.
