Experience: 3+ years

Mandatory Qualifications:

A minimum of five (5) years experience leading training curriculum/program development which has included train-the-trainer sessions for the solution.

A minimum of two (2) years experience developing on-demand (non-instructor-led) training curriculum for solution end users.

A minimum of three (3) years experience leading and facilitating effective knowledge transfer throughout the development process.

Desirable Qualifications:

At least one (1) completed project as the Training Lead or equivalent position for a public sector client.

Minimum of three (3) Years experience performing training on the Contractors proposed software.

Possession of a bachelors degree.
