Position DevOps Engineer (CI/CD, Jenkins, Terraform, AWS) Location Reston, VA Contract Type Long Term Contract Job Summary We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure and automated deployment pipelines. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with AWS, Jenkins, Terraform, and modern DevOps practices to improve software delivery, infrastructure reliability, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins. Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform. Manage and optimize AWS cloud environments, including networking, security, and compute services. Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) best practices. Monitor application and infrastructure performance, availability, and security. Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline deployment processes. Troubleshoot production and non‑production issues across cloud environments. Implement containerization and orchestration solutions using Docker and Kubernetes. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong experience with AWS cloud services such as EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, EKS/ECS. Hands‑on experience with Jenkins, Terraform, Git, Docker, Kubernetes. Experience with Linux administration and shell scripting (Bash/Python). Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana.
