$70K – $75K
What you will do
Manage Epic user access, roles, templates, and security classes
Provisioning, modifying, and deactivating user accounts in accordance with policies
Support audits related to HIPAA and internal controls
Partnering with HR, Compliance, and IT Security on identity lifecycle processes
Troubleshooting access issues impacting clinical and operational workflows
Supporting Epic upgrades, enhancements, and new module implementations
Maintain documentation and standard operating procedures
What will make you successful here
Bachelor’s degree in information systems, healthcare IT, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
Experience supporting Epic security, access management, or healthcare application administration
Knowledge of HIPAA, access controls, audit processes, and internal compliance standards
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across departments
Epic certification or proficiency in relevant Epic security modules preferredCompetitive base compensation
