Responsibilities Guide high‑end clients through a premium sales experience. Create inspired spaces with world‑class furniture and décor. Curate luxury looks while earning uncapped commissions. Achieve or surpass store and individual sales goals, annual operating benchmarks, and personal objectives. Promote the in‑home design program. Oversee the interaction on the sales floor and evaluate team performance. Provide coaching, training, and support to sales teams to improve sales techniques and overall performance. Build a motivated and cohesive team, recognize achievements, address concerns, and promote a culture aligned with company values. Recruit, train, and mentor staff to meet sales targets while fostering a positive work environment. Ensure the store and team consistently reflect the company’s brand image, values, and customer experience standards. Support company‑wide marketing initiatives and promotions. Resolve customer concerns and issues that may interfere with efficient sales operations. Collaborate with support teams to ensure flawless execution of operational excellence. Uphold brand visual standards in the store. Qualifications Polished, persuasive, and ambitious. Passionate about modern aesthetics and premium materials. Obsessed with detail, service, and delivering the wow factor. Experienced in sales or retail; luxury experience is a major plus. High School or GED equivalent. 1‑3 years in a retail sales emphasis. Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, financial understanding, adept interpersonal communication, analytical abilities, goal orientation, team management, and customer service. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Preferred: Experience managing in a retail environment with strong sales focus; strong business acumen; advanced interpersonal and communication skills; experience building effective relationships.
