AI Implementation Project Manager

We are seeking a hands-on AI implementation leader who can drive delivery across a portfolio of AI-enabled solutions including smart intake, agentic orchestration, contract intelligence and review automation, workflow automation, and AI-enabled process transformation, as well as broader AI-driven procurement and sourcing capabilities. The selected individual will lead end-to-end delivery (planning, deployment, adoption) and coordinate across business, data, and technology teams, as well as external partners.

Key requirements include proven experience delivering at least one AI automation digital transformation program end-to-end, strong program delivery capabilities (planning, milestones, risks, dependencies, governance), experience coordinating cross-functional global teams and multiple vendors, and familiarity with AI-enabled solutions (e.g., intelligent intake, contract intelligence, workflow automation, semantic AI-ready data concepts).

Location is flexible (US, India, or other regions such as LATAM) and the duration is 12-18 months deployment.

We are prioritizing candidates who have hands-on AI implementation experience (not just advisory/strategy), can operate in a complex, global, matrixed environment, and are able to drive execution and unblock delivery challenges quickly.
