Keyholder / Supervisor - Rotterdam

Salary: $18.50-$21/hr. After 30 days, you have the opportunity to earn an additional $2.00 per hour for punctuality and perfect attendance. Plus, we offer a perfect attendance bonus.

What We're Looking For:

• Motivated individuals with supervisory experience
• Passion for pets and customer service
• Leadership skills to support the Store Manager
• Ability to work varied schedules, including days, evenings, and weekends

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and direct team members
• Assist customers with excellent service
• Maintain store presentation and merchandising
• Support marketing and promotional efforts
• Manage daily operations, including unloading deliveries, stocking, cash register operation, and animal care

Qualifications:

• Minimum two years of customer service experience
• At least one year of retail supervisory experience
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
