Program Manager (Medicaid Policy Research and Analysis)

Location: Trenton, NJ (Remote/Hybrid) Duration: 5+ Years Client: State of New Jersey

Provides oversight and coordination of Medicaid policy research tasks, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with Mini-Bid requirements. Acts as the primary point of contact for internal team coordination and external client communications.

• Oversee execution of Medicaid policy research tasks per Mini-Bid specifications.
• Assign responsibilities across analysts and SMEs, track deadlines, and ensure quality assurance of deliverables.
• Coordinate stakeholder interviews, regulatory discussions, and internal synthesis sessions.
• Review and finalize deliverables, including memos, presentations, and briefing decks.
• Maintain compliance with contract terms and provide status reporting to State stakeholders.

• PMP certification or equivalent experience managing public sector consulting engagements.
• 710 years of experience managing healthcare policy or regulatory consulting projects.
• Strong familiarity with NJ Medicaid structure and interagency coordination.
