Program Manager

Analytical and metrics-based reporting to key stakeholders, executive committee, and clients. Develop, manage, and provide oversight to the packetized and managed services.

Provide leadership for the success of the overall iLMS Program, Train Status Discovery Project, and Labor/Position Alignment Initiative.

Deliver projects using Amtraks PLMP methodologies. Leverage Microsoft project, SharePoint, Atlassian tools such as JIRA and Confluence. Liaise with business and other DT stakeholders to deliver technology solutions for highly visible programs.

Drive the projects forward (managing scope, schedule, budget), manage risks, impacts, and issues. Manage portfolio roadmap, external vendor contracts, and project resources.

Manage and deliver multi-million dollars programs in a matrixed environment.

Communicate program objectives, status, change management, risks and alternatives with senior stakeholders, leadership, and executives. Report on programs financial performance and forecasting details to senior executives and government regulators.
