The Regional B2B Sales Representative for the PVM (Portable Video Monitoring) Pilot Program will drive revenue growth by introducing, promoting, and selling our innovative PVM servicesdelivered through temporary mobile security unitsto customers across designated territories. This role focuses on new business development within construction, infrastructure, and commercial industries, while also nurturing long-term partnerships to ensure sustained client satisfaction and loyalty.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a proactive regional sales strategy to identify and engage the ideal clients in target markets, including new construction, large-scale site operations, and other major local market Pye-Barker branches.
- Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to proposal development, contract negotiation, and post-sale support.
- Build strong, consultative relationships with key decision-makers, such as project managers, site supervisors, and procurement leads, to position PVM solutions as a value-driven alternative to traditional guard security.
- Conduct on-site evaluations and deliver tailored presentations demonstrating the operational and cost benefits of the PVM system and services.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and technical teams to ensure seamless deployment and customer satisfaction throughout the pilot phase.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to provide actionable insights for product enhancement and market expansion.
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets by maintaining a disciplined and metrics-driven approach to territory management.
- Five years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in security, construction, technology, or equipment rental sectors, preferred.
- Strong consultative selling, presentation, and negotiation skills with a track record of exceeding goals in competitive environments.
- Ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling way.
- Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities across a regional territory.
- Excellent relationship-building and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and data-driven sales tracking.
- Adheres to the Code of Conduct, Confidentiality Agreement, and Company Safety Policy.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to travel.
