About

Contractor Responsibilities The Contractor, through the Contractor Representative, shall perform the following tasks as necessary to complete work for the Client as assigned by the Department's Contract Manager:
Work closely with customers, business analysts, and Client team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions.
Align technical solutions with business and IT strategies and comply with the organization's architectural standards.
Perform work involved in the full systems life cycle.
Design, code, test, implement, maintain, and support applications software that is delivered on time and within budget.
Make recommendations towards the development of new code or reuse of existing code.
Assist in systems analysis, design, and have a solid understanding of development, quality assurance and integration methodologies.
Mandatory Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field, or equivalent work experience.
A minimum of two (2) years of programming/systems analysis experience.
Experience working closely with customers, business analysts, and team members to understand and document business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions.
Experience aligning technology solutions with business and IT strategies and complying with the organization's architectural standards.
Experience in the full systems life cycle and is responsible for designing, coding, testing, implementing, maintaining and supporting applications software that is delivered on time and within budget.
Experience making recommendations towards the development of new code or reuse of existing code.
Experience in systems analysis, design and a solid understanding of development, quality assurance and integration methodologies.
Highly proficient in both spoken and written English.
Preferred Qualifications
Able to work onsite in Tallahassee, Florida.
Experience in ASP.Net development using Web Forms and MVC with SQL Server.
Experience in developing interfaces between systems using .Net and/or SSIS packages.
