Key Responsibilities
Design and implement data architecture solutions that meet business requirements.
Develop and maintain data models, data flow diagrams, and database schemas.
Define and enforce data standards, policies, and procedures.
Ensure data quality, consistency, and security across the organization.
Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate data from various sources.
Provide technical leadership and guidance on data management best practices.
Evaluate and recommend data management technologies and tools.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in data architecture or related field.
Experience with data modeling tools and techniques.
Proficiency in data integration and ETL processes.
Understanding of data governance and data security best practices.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in business administration, communications or relevant fields.
Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
Strong knowledge of database management systems (DBMS) such as SQL Server, Oracle, or similar.
