Data Analyst (Entry-Level / Junior) Role Description Collect, organize, analyze, and interpret data to support business operations, performance monitoring, and strategic decision-making. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations that provide stakeholders with clear insights into key metrics, trends, and business outcomes. Perform data cleansing, validation, and quality assurance to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of datasets. Identify patterns, opportunities, and areas for improvement through quantitative analysis and reporting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support forecasting, process optimization, and business initiatives while delivering actionable recommendations that enhance efficiency, productivity, and organizational performance. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail. Proficiency in spreadsheets, data analysis tools, reporting platforms, and data visualization software. Familiarity with SQL, database concepts, and statistical methodologies is advantageous. Excellent communication and presentation abilities with the capability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively. Knowledge of business intelligence, reporting frameworks, data governance, and performance measurement practices is a plus.
