About the role: The People Analytics Insights Manager will be responsible for providing analytical and consultative support to Gartner’s Services & Sales Operations HR teams to drive optimal insights into staffing, retention and productivity. This role will ensure analytical best practices and influence the interpretation of insights with a relentless focus on data accuracy, consistency, and scalability in alignment with Gartner’s growth. Responsibilities Analytical Problem‑Solving – Creatively solve business problems through consistent reporting and analysis to deliver insights on attracting, developing, and retaining associates. Use curiosity to uncover insights from quantitative and qualitative data to tell a story and influence outcomes across a wide range of stakeholders. Deliver critical analytical products and services to stakeholders such as the Talent Supply Chain model and OneGartner. Cross‑Functional Collaboration – Provide support to senior HR Partner and Recruiting leadership across Services & Sales Operations teams, proactively identifying and solutioning critical business problems. Work with internal partners within the People Analytics function and within HR. Influence product and analytics roadmaps across the organization, ensuring Sales & Services priorities drive People Analytics priorities. Qualifications 5+ years of professional experience in analytics, HR and/or consulting. Demonstrated ability to solve complex/unstructured business problems through a lens of curiosity and a desire to learn. Extreme attention to detail in the production of executive‑ready content. Uses data and the economics of the business to analyze problems and recommend solutions (translate insights into actionable solutions). Clear and succinct communication with senior leadership to drive decisions. Proven track record of establishing trusted partner relationships, including collaborating with and influencing leaders and teams across multiple business functions. Proven ability to drive actions by creating compelling data stories. Familiarity with SQL data analytics skills preferred. Experience with R, Python or other programming languages preferred. Experience with Databricks and PowerBI or comparable tools preferred. Benefits Competitive compensation (base salary range $86,000 – $118,000).
