About
Key job responsibilities include:
Partner with customers to ensure their long‑term success and help them harness the power of AWS services.
Formulate and execute a cloud adoption strategy that delights customers and builds strong relationships leading to strategic revenue streams.
Become a trusted advisor by gaining deep knowledge of AWS services, design patterns, and best practices, and sharing that knowledge with clients, other SAs and the wider AWS community.
Act as the voice of the customer for AWS service teams to enhance the AWS platform.
Work with other SAs to develop reusable solutions to common business and architectural problems.
Educate customers by leading workshops and hands‑on classes to demonstrate how to use AWS services.
Network and build deep relationships with senior technical individuals within customer organizations.
Author and contribute to AWS customer‑facing publications such as whitepapers, blog posts, and open source projects; speak at public events.
Help hire, onboard, and train new SAs via mentorship and builder programs.
Basic qualifications:
8+ years of experience in technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics.
3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting experience in applications and infrastructures.
5+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting experience in the software or Internet industries.
Preferred qualifications:
5+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking experience.
Knowledge of SAP systems (e.g., SAP Business Suite, S/4HANA, SAP Business Warehouse, SAP HANA, SAP Business Objects) and their architecture and infrastructure needs.
Experience working with end‑user or developer communities.
Experience managing relationships with SAP customers and partners.
Experience in SAP S/4HANA, SAP Cloud Platform, SAP Cloud ERP and Cloud ERP Private.
Experience in SAP clean core design concepts, including design and build using non‑SAP technologies in domains such as Generative / Agentic AI, and data & analytics.

Compensation is based on location and may vary; base pay ranges from $138,200/year to $239,000/year, with possible equity, sign‑on payments, and other compensation as part of a total compensation package.
