Responsibilities
Work closely with vendors who will supply off the shelf servers to figure out quantity of GPU's, storage, memory etc.
Their work will involve operating in the Data Center, which is a full oil Immersion data center (meaning much higher density than regular data centers).
Design scale out compute and storage architectures for our HPC needs.
Ensure optimal deployment of proposed solutions in production environment.
Qualifications
Experience with high-performance storage systems (Lustre, Ceph, BeeGFS, etc.)
Experience with design and implementation of high density HPC systems with accelerators.
Hands on experience with hardware components of HPC systems.
