About

Overview The Database Admin Consultant will be a member of the Global Database Engineering team, which is responsible for supporting database operations for our managed hosting and managed services customers. You will be working on our ticketing tools to troubleshoot and resolve proactive and reactive incidents, create and execute change requests, work on other database requests from our customers and troubleshoot recurring incidents through problem tickets. You may also be expected to provide Tier 3/4 escalation support for Lumen Hosting Operations Engineers and customers in their MS-SQL environment. You will be required to work closely with other DBAs in a global team as well as application, systems operations and engineering teams.
