Job Description
Lead and oversee Network, Systems, and Security administration activities, while providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Ensure the availability, performance, and security of network and system infrastructure in accordance with established SLA.
Monitor security events, system logs, and alerts, proactively identifying potential risks and recommending appropriate remediation actions.
Manage routine system maintenance, patch management, backup operations, and security hardening of network and infrastructure environments.
Collaborate with vendors and service providers to support infrastructure and cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring timely project delivery and high-quality outcomes.
Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiations, service quality reviews, and compliance with security and operational requirements.
Maintain accurate inventories, documentation, and security records for all assigned network and system assets.
Support the implementation and continuous improvement of cybersecurity controls, policies, and best practices across the organization.
Administer and secure Microsoft 365 services, including email, SharePoint, identity management, and related security controls.
Stay updated on emerging infrastructure and cybersecurity technologies, sharing knowledge and best practices with the team.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
Minimum 8 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Network Engineering, Systems Administration, or Cybersecurity.
Strong knowledge of network and system security, including firewalls, endpoint protection, access control, vulnerability management, and security monitoring.
Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and/or Azure, including cloud security best practices.
Familiarity with enterprise infrastructure, network protocols, operating systems, and cybersecurity frameworks.
Experience monitoring security incidents, analyzing system logs, and coordinating remediation activities.
Professional certifications are an advantage.
