Responsibilities
Help the sales team to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets through coaching, motivation, and strategic planning
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies markets, ensuring alignment with overall company goals
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, prospects, and industry partners to foster long-term business growth
Identify new market opportunities through analysis of industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
Oversee account management activities to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion of existing accounts
Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that enhance brand visibility and generate leads
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements that benefit both the client and the company while maintaining profitability
Conduct regular sales analysis to identify areas for improvement, optimize processes, and implement best practices in technical sales environments

Proven experience in outside sales
