Required qualifications
Strong coding or scripting ability with experience in Bash, Ruby on Rails, or Golang Solid experience with CI/CD tools and platforms including Linux, AWS, GCP, Azure, Terraform, and Kubernetes Proven ability to independently tackle complex technical issues and guide customers to solutions Experience in a customer-centric role with a commitment to delivering world-class support Ability to work autonomously, identify opportunities, and drive meaningful improvements
