Role Overview The Digital Security Implementation Analyst plays a critical role in protecting enterprise systems, identities, and data. This position focuses on implementing and operating identity and security platforms, embedding security into system design, and supporting day-to-day security operations across cloud and enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
Implement, test, and administer identity, application, and security systems supporting enterprise platforms and services.
Partner with Architecture, Infrastructure, Development, and Governance teams to securely design, deploy, and harden systems.
Embed security controls into system design, development, and operational processes.
Manage identity lifecycle processes including role design, access provisioning, auditing, and enforcement.
Administer certificates, secrets, and keys across Active Directory, Azure, Microsoft 365, and business applications.
Monitor and triage security logs and audit reports; assist in identifying, tracking, and mitigating security issues.
Support daily security operations and platforms that deliver core security services.
Contribute to security awareness initiatives, documentation, and policy enforcement.
Respond to security incidents and support off-hours incident response as needed.
Desired Skills and Experience Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) or Identity Governance (IGA).
Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Azure, and Microsoft 365.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, including Azure DevOps.
Experience with PowerShell or other scripting languages.
Exposure to IGA platforms such as SailPoint, SecurEnds, Microsoft Entra ID Governance, or Microsoft Purview.
Preferred Skills
Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Incident response mindset with strong attention to detail.
