A growing industrial services company is seeking Inside Sales Account Managers to join its high-volume sales team. This role focuses on managing existing leads, building client relationships, and driving revenue through outbound sales efforts in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Make 85–100 outbound calls daily to engage prospects and existing clients
Build and maintain relationships to drive repeat and new business
Manage and grow assigned accounts through upselling and cross‑selling
Provide quotes and follow up to close sales opportunities
Re‑engage inactive accounts and recover lost business
Partner with distributors and clients to expand sales pipeline
Track activity and manage accounts using CRM systems
Qualifications
3+ years of inside B2B sales experience
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Comfortable working in a high-volume call environment
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar preferred)
Goal‑oriented with a strong drive to succeed
$20 - $30 an hour
Compensation: Base + Uncapped Commission
