Speech Pathologist

Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Speech Pathologist to deliver evidence-based evaluation and treatment of speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in an inpatient rehab setting. You will perform comprehensive assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, document progress, and educate patients and families. Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, therapists, and case managers to support safe discharge and functional recovery, while contributing to a nurturing, high-quality, and growth-oriented care environment.
