About the Role As a Territory Sales Representative, you will drive growth in sales, developing direct relationships with municipalities and decision-makers. This is more than a sales role—you will act as a trusted advisor, market developer, and relationship builder.
Based in our Boise, ID sales office, you will work closely with internal teams and technical staff. If you’re a dynamic business development leader who thrives on innovation, relationship-building, and driving industry change, this is the role for you!
What You’ll Do
Identify & Develop Opportunities: Build and manage a pipeline of projects, closing deals that drive regional expansion.
Market Expansion & Standardization: Lead territory sales efforts, positioning the Company as the go-to infrastructure solution.
Client & Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for municipalities, ensuring long-term engagement and repeat business.
Go-to-Market Strategy: Explore new sales and market development strategies to accelerate growth.
Product Expertise & Presentations: Become proficient in the product line and present the technical and cost-saving benefits to clients.
CRM & Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate forecasting, reporting, and collaboration within CRM tools.
Travel & On-Site Meetings: Regularly meet with municipal leaders in person to build strong, trust-based partnerships.
What You Bring
B2B Sales Success: A proven track record in business development, consultative sales, or municipal sales.
Industry Knowledge (Preferred): Experience in public sector sales, infrastructure, or sustainable technology is a plus.
Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to engage, present, and negotiate with government officials, partners, and contractors.
Strategic Thinking & Market Development: Ability to assess market trends and drive standardization efforts across regions.
Tech-Savvy & Organized: Proficiency in CRM tools, email, and standard business systems for reporting and forecasting.
Resilient & Goal-Oriented: A self-starter with strong listening and sales skills who thrives on achieving targets.
Ability to Travel: Regular travel is required to meet with customers and develop the region effectively.
On-Site Requirement: This role is based in our Boise office when not traveling for client meetings.
