Reports to : Sr Director, PE Technology
Responsibilities :
You will architect, design, and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, core connectors, APIs, XML, XSLT, JSON, and secure file‑based patterns for our global HR platform.
You will create scalable integration and data patterns across Workday, Avature, Snowflake, and adjacent HR systems, ensuring solutions are secure, reusable, and aligned with enterprise standards.
You will lead the discovery, evaluation, and delivery of generative AI solutions for HR, partnering with us to define use cases, success metrics, and responsible AI controls.
You will mentor integration developers and engineers, promoting technical excellence, inclusive leadership, and continuous improvement in architecture, documentation, and automation.
Required Qualifications :
9+ years of hands‑on experience in HR technology, Workday integrations, enterprise application architecture, or people systems architecture within a global environment.
Experience architecting integrations across Workday, talent acquisition platforms (such as Avature), payroll, benefits, identity, finance, analytics, and data warehouse platforms.
Experience evaluating or implementing generative AI capabilities in an enterprise setting, including SaaS‑based AI features, custom‑built AI solutions, or AI‑enabled automation for business processes.
Experience designing and supporting HR data pipelines, data models, and reporting integrations using Snowflake or comparable cloud data platforms, including ETL/ELT, SQL, data quality, lineage, and governance.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with Workday Extend, Workday Orchestrate, Workday Recruiting, Workday Agents, or Workday release management.
