Partner Management & Brand Elevation Cultivate strong relationships with partners’ sales associates, key retail partners and decision‑makers. Elevate brand presence through merchandising excellence, visual standards, and client experience execution. Conduct regular business reviews, providing data‑driven insights and clear growth strategies. Identify white‑space opportunities and strategic doors aligned with brand positioning.
Training & Development Host product knowledge and storytelling trainings to empower sales associates. Drive brand engagement initiatives to maximize conversion and average selling price.
Operational Excellence Ensure accurate forecasting, inventory management, and stock optimization across accounts. Monitor order management, replenishment flow, and operational compliance. Maintain CRM discipline and timely reporting to headquarters.
Marketing Partner with Marketing team to maximize brand exposure, identifying opportunities for clienteling events and community engagement that elevate brand visibility.
Qualifications 5+ years of experience in the watch/jewelry industry. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a multi‑door environment. Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into action plans. Exceptional relationship‑building and negotiation skills. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Collaborative with strong interpersonal skills. Advanced Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills. Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region, up to 40%. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Ability to work independently and in team setting, with strong agility and adaptability. SAP knowledge preferred.
