THE ROLE The Content Enablement Senior Consultant – Seismic is responsible for content automation strategy, developing, implementing, and maintaining innovative automated solutions to streamline the creation of presentation slides and templates, ensuring alignment with brand standards and organizational needs. The role collaborates with cross‑functional teams, including Global Presentation Solutions, Global Product, SAIG, Product Ownership, and Global Information Technology, to identify opportunities for workflow automation, maintain template libraries, and provide training and support for automated systems. WHAT YOU WILL DO Define content automation strategy and set standards for modular content (templates, components, taxonomy/metadata, naming conventions, and versioning). Partner with Product, Technology, and platform owners (e.g., Seismic/M365) to integrate source‑of‑truth data and content repositories into automated slide generation workflows. Embed risk, compliance, and auditability into automated content workflows (approvals, disclosures, retention, and change logs) in partnership with relevant control functions. Pilot and scale automation use cases (e.g., updates, refreshes, localization, personalization) and quantify value (time saved, defect reduction, reuse, and adoption). Drive change management for new automation capabilities and ownership with GIT. Develop and implement automated solutions for generating content slides and presentation templates using tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint and Seismic. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and identify opportunities for automation in slide and template creation workflows. Provide oversight for designing visually appealing and consistent templates that support various presentation needs in accordance with MFS Brand Guidelines. Maintain and update template libraries, ensuring accessibility and relevance for different departments and projects. Provide training and support to team members on utilizing automated slide and template systems. Work in collaboration with Product Owners and GIT Agile Teams to develop a governance model for consistent enhancements of new Slide Library capabilities and templates. Manage potential team members as the Seismic and slide library continue to evolve at MFS. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience) preferred. 6–8+ years of proven experience in presentation design and template creation, preferably with automation tools. Experience developing automation strategy and designing content architectures for reuse (modular components, content models, metadata/taxonomy, and lifecycle management) to support automated assembly. Working knowledge of workflow automation concepts and platforms (templating engines, content management systems, APIs/integrations) and how they enable scalable content production. Strong analytical skills to define instruments and interpret KPIs for content operations and automation performance; uses insights to drive continuous improvement. Proven ability to lead through influence across content creators, designers, product owners, and engineering teams; comfortable with ambiguity and iterative delivery. Strong stakeholder management skills, including translating business needs into requirements, influencing decisions, and communicating tradeoffs and outcomes. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Seismic, and other automation platforms. Strong understanding of branding, visual communication, and layout principles. Excellent critical thinking skills and attention to detail. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a challenging environment. Strong knowledge of Agile methodology, roles, and processes. Experience with content management systems such as Seismic and cloud collaboration tools. Management experience preferred. Knowledge of scripting languages for automation (e.g., VBA, Python). Familiarity with workflow automation tools such as Workfront and/or M365. Background in training or user support for digital tools. COMPENSATION Base Salary Range: $98,500 – $141,500. This position is eligible for competitive incentive bonus. BENEFITS MFS contributes an amount equal to 15% of your base salary to your retirement account that is separate from the company‑sponsored 401(k).
