Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized Experience
Developing, testing, and maintaining secure, database-driven web applications using a LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) stack or similar enterprise development environment;
Creating standards-compliant, accessible, and device-agnostic code using expert-level HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, including experience with modern frameworks;
Diagnosing and resolving complex programming problems in both front-end and back-end code to ensure application stability, performance, and security;
Translating complex functional requirements into technical designs, structured database schemas, and applications.
