Speech Language Pathologist

Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to deliver high-quality speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive therapy in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. You will evaluate and treat adult patients with neurological and medically complex conditions, develop evidence-based treatment plans, and document progress using EMR. Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary rehab team to support functional communication and safe swallowing, educate patients and families, and contribute to discharge planning while growing your rehab career in a nurturing, dynamic environment.
