Our client provider of digital technology and transformation, information technology and services Position: Lead I - Software Engineering Location: Atlanta GA Duration: 7 Months Job Type: Temporary Assignment Work Type: Onsite Job Description: Key Responsibilities Full Stack Development Design and build end to end applications using React JS, AEM, and Java Spring Boot AEM Component Development Create custom AEM components, templates, workflows, and integrations Front-End Engineering Develop responsive, modular UI using React JS, Redux, TypeScript, and modern UI frameworks Back-End Microservices Build scalable RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot and Spring Cloud Telecom Domain Solutions Implement features aligned with telecom OSS/BSS, provisioning, billing, or network workflows Cloud Deployment Deploy and optimize applications on AWS (ECS, Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, S3) CI/CD Automation Drive CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or AWS CodePipeline Database Engineering Design and optimize PostgreSQL schemas, queries, and performance Cross Functional Collaboration Work closely with Product, DevOps, QA, and Architecture teams Code Quality & Mentorship Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers Monitoring & Troubleshooting Use CloudWatch, ELK, or Prometheus to ensure application reliability Required Skills & Qualifications 7+ years of software development experience, including full stack development Strong expertise in React JS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern UI patterns Hands on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) components, templates, OSGi, Sling Models Advanced proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices Preferred experience in Telecom domain (OSS/BSS, provisioning, network systems, or billing) Experience deploying cloud-native applications on AWS Strong understanding of CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure as code Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL including indexing, optimization, and data modeling Familiarity with monitoring tools like CloudWatch, ELK, or Prometheus Excellent communication, leadership, and problem solving skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with AEM Cloud Service AWS Certifications (Solutions Architect, Developer, or DevOps Engineer) Exposure to event-driven systems (Kafka, SNS/SQS) Understanding of security best practices in cloud and web applications Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments TekWissen® Group is an equal opportunity employer supporting workforce diversity.
