Essential Job Functions
Provides technical pre-sales and post-sales support to internal sales teams and customers.
Generates bill of materials (BOMs) based on the application requirements or competitive quotes.
Generates predictive wireless coverage and performance reports using wireless design software.
Conducts product demos and deep dives, remotely and/or in person.
Conducts monthly internal trainings to both sales and technical teams, remotely and/or in person.
Conducts quarterly customer trainings based on WAV’s vendor technology solutions, remotely and/or in person.
Assists with WAV value added technical services, including staging and pre-configuration services.
Configures, deploys, and troubleshoots L2/L3 and WLAN networks.
Configures, deploys, and maintains WAV internal labs.
Attains and maintains relevant vendor and industry technical certifications.
Performs onsite WLAN RF surveys, installations, and diagnostics.
Assists with managing and monitor WAV’s internal IT network, coordinate maintenance with MSP partner.
Customer visits to promote our technology solutions.
Requires low to moderate travel throughout the US, Canada, and Caribbean.

Education/Experience Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Language Ability Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of an organization.
Math Ability Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ration, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs
Reasoning Ability Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety or concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills Applications: Microsoft Office, NetSuite
