Our client, a leading organization in the technology and data center industry, is seeking a Lab Technician, Hardware 4 to join their team. As a Lab Technician, Hardware 4, you will be part of the engineering support team supporting hardware development and validation projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Redmond, WA
Pay Range: $60
What's the Job?
Execute Vector Network Analyzer (VNA) measurements on test boards and engineering validation boards for the validation of interconnect performance.
Assemble systems or test fixtures as needed to prepare for measurements.
Add instrumentation to devices/boards under test to enable high precision measurements.
Perform soldering and rework on hardware components as required.
Summarize and document measurement data for analysis and reporting.
What's Needed?
Minimum 7 years experience as a lab technician working with electrical measurements on hardware.
Proven experience with reworking, assembling, and soldering hardware components.
Strong knowledge of electrical measurement tools such as VNA, scope, and TDR.
Experience working in hardware labs supporting data center platforms is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field preferred.
