to join our team! With a high volume of leads coming in, we need a dynamic attorney who can
convert leads into clients, negotiate effectively, and deliver top-tier legal representation. What We Offer: Competitive Base Salary:
$65,000 - $100,000 (commensurate with experience) Performance-Based Bonuses:

Be part of a fast-growing criminal defense firm Client-Focused, High-Energy Environment Key Responsibilities: Client Development Convert inbound leads into clients
through persuasive communication and follow-ups. Market the firm's services
through networking, referrals, and business development efforts. Build strong client relationships
to drive repeat business and positive word-of-mouth. Case Management Represent clients in court
at hearings, trials, and negotiations. Draft and file legal motions, pleadings, and case-related documents. Negotiate plea deals and settlements
to secure the best possible outcomes. Conduct legal research
to craft strong defense strategies. Professional Development Stay informed on
legal trends, case law, and legislative updates . Maintain active
continuing legal education (CLE)
