Role Overview: Join our dynamic team to gain hands-on experience in labor and employment litigation, including individual and class actions. You'll receive great mentorship, work closely with clients, and develop your skills in a fast-paced, thriving practice.
Responsibilities: Court appearances, drafting complaints, motions, and briefs. Conducting written discovery and handling client intakes. Managing calendaring, filing, and case-related tasks. Taking/defending depositions (with training). Qualifications: Litigation experience preferred. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus. Bar License required.

Schedule:
